Returns policy
Please notify us via email sales@justbeaut.com of any problems within 24hrs. Unwanted or faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, please do not return any items without prior contact with us to enable a returns number to be issued. Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
We recommend that items are returned via recorded delivery, the cost of postage will be refunded on the return of faulty items, however, customers are responsible for postage cost on the return of unwanted items.
Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods will be final.
There is no return on sale or specially ordered items.
Please note that for hygiene reasons there is no return on earrings unless the item is faulty, we are sorry for any in inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery
Despatch of items in stock is guaranteed on the same day or next working day.All items are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature at destination.
Delivery charges are as follows:
- UK & Ireland: £1.95; Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days from date of despatch.
- Europe: £2.95; Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days from date of despatch.
- Rest of world: £4.95; Estimated delivery time: 14 working days from date of despatch.
If a delay is expected on your order we will contact you via email. No liability is accepted for delays due to circumstances beyond our control eg. postal strikes. Please allow extra time for deliveries to reach you during public and seasonal holidays.
Orders are packaged safely in a padded envelope and flat pack pilgrim gift boxes will be supplied with all pilgrim jewellery. If you require additional gift boxes please specify by email. If you are purchasing more than one present and wish to have them dispatched to several addresses simply email us with the list of addresses prior to placing an order and we will send the relevant items to different addresses. Please note extra delivery charges may apply.
Please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any customs charges that may incur. (International customers only)
